Saint Lucia

Overview​

Saint Lucia is an Eastern Caribbean island nation with a pair of dramatically tapered mountains, the Pitons, on its west coast. Its coast is home to volcanic beaches, reef-diving sites, luxury resorts and fishing villages. Trails in the interior rainforest lead to waterfalls like the 15m-high Toraille, which pours over a cliff into a garden. The capital, Castries, is a popular cruise port.

St. Lucia’s Citizenship-By-Investment

  1. Donate money to the government’s National Economic Fund - Monetary Donation to the NEF (National Economic Fund).
     Single Applicant Requirement: $100,000 USD; or,
  2. Purchase a property in a government-approved real estate - Project - Investment into St. Lucia Real Estate.
    Minimum real estate investment of $300,000 USD; or,
  3. Invest in a local business -Enterprise Project Investment. $3.5 million enterprise endeavor creating 3 new jobs, or two investors creating a joint enterprise of $6 million USD and creating 6 jobs.; or,
  4. Buy government bonds- Investment into Government Bonds. Single Applicant Requirement: $500,000
